1. Using GF Finder
By creating an account or using GF Finder, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Information is community-reported
Restaurant, dish and safety information in GF Finder is added by users. It may be incomplete, wrong or out of date, and restaurants can change their ingredients, suppliers and kitchen practices at any time. GF Finder is not medical advice. Always confirm with the restaurant before eating, especially if you have celiac disease or a serious allergy.
3. No guarantees
GF Finder is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any illness, loss or damage that results from relying on information in the app.
4. What you add
- You are responsible for what you add: restaurants, dishes, photos, reviews and visit reports.
- Only add information you honestly believe is accurate, and only upload photos you took or have the right to share.
- You allow GF Finder to store and show what you add to other users of the app.
5. Please don't
- Post false or misleading information, including fake "got sick" reports.
- Harass anyone, or post offensive, hateful or inappropriate content or photos.
- Spam, advertise, or pretend to be someone else.
- Try to access other people's private information or interfere with the app.
6. Moderation
We may edit or remove content, and suspend or remove accounts, that break these terms or harm the accuracy of the app.
7. Changes to the app
GF Finder is in an early stage. Features may change, and the service may be paused or stopped. If these terms change in an important way, the app will ask you to accept them again.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (Account → Delete my account).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
